    No matter your mentoring persona or experience, understanding your starting point is crucial. This baseline questionnaire helps you assess your ability to develop self-agency in your proteges— agency is the ability to navigate challenges, control what you can, and turn experiences into lessons that inspire others.

    Answer honestly and keep a record of your responses. At the end of your mentoring cycle, you’ll revisit them to measure your growth.
