Group Leader of Challenge 1
Discuss the problems in your community with your group.
Make a list of the most important problems to be solved and the least important problems.
Most Important Problems Least Important Problem
Identify one problem you would like to solve together as a group.
OR
If you have been given a problem to solve by a corporate, focus on that problem and discuss why it is important to solve the problem. For example listen to leaders from a large company IBM, describing a problem they have.
Have your answers ready for your mentoring session with the corporate employees.

In this assignment you will be introduced to a method of problem solving called 'Design Thinking'. Group Leader organise your group to go to this site and register:Click here to register
If the Business working with you are from the company IBM Mentors, they would go through this way of solving problems with you. If not you can register and go through the course independently.
Register and chose the course 'Enterprise Practitioner' In that course you will learn about an approach to problem solving called Design thinking.
You must follow the instructions you were given on designing solutions or you need to come up with ideas to solve the problem you were given.
You will then present your solution in a podcast, video or audio.
You will find tips below on editing your podcast and removing obstacles to listening.
