The content in this course includes a discussion on why mindset is so important for self-development as well as how The LEAD mindset empowers the individual to improve their "offer."


The goal of the LEAD Mindset is to get people into the right frame of mind to get into the act of leadership in the service space. In short, to be an influencer! We believe this way of thinking about leadership bridges the gap between professional development and the fundamental human ambition to find a higher meaning and purpose for work and life.


Our Toolkit REAPS introduces the six basic principles that form the blueprint The LEAD Mindset is based on. Upon completing the course, the learners will be confident in the leadership steps to be taken to be able to take responsibility for their tasks, deliver excellence, and empower others within their communities.


The course content is a mixture of knowledge, application tasks, and opportunities to reflect.

This module is called My Story My Offer. It is the first module everyone must complete on the REAPS journey to get into the act of leading in the 'service space" with The LEAD Mindset.

The main outcome of this course is to bring about a shift in mindsets to accepting everyone brings value to the world including you. When you look at yourself through the lens of self-acceptance, it raises aspirations for yourself and others.

This course uses the power of your personal story as a source to create value you can use to change the way you see yourself and raise aspirations in others. We will use the journey of producing a book as a tool to develop this foundation skill and gain the first LEAD Mindset badge called 'Raise The Bar'.

The course is 12 hours over six weeks. Delivery methods include master class, videos, business mentoring and working collaboratively with employees in work to develop the leadership skills.
